Payroll Network’s ACA ALE Year-End Reporting and Filing Service
Is your organization an Applicable Large Employer (ALE) as defined by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and, as such, will be responsible for relevant reporting and filing in 2015?
The ACA requires employers with over 50 full-time equivalent employees to monitor benefits offered to employees and report this information to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at the end of each calendar year on Forms 1094-C and 1095-C. The Form 1094-C must be provided to the IRS and the Forms 1095-C must be provided to each full-time employee by January 31 of each year, similar to the W-2 requirements.
