Retirement Plan Interfaces
Retirement Plan Interfaces
Payroll Network 401(k) interface increases your productivity and reduces errors by simplifying the administration of your company's qualified retirement plan.
Save Time with Every Payroll
Payroll Network simplifies the remittance of your employees' retirement plan deductions each pay period. Because payroll and 401(k) data are integrated, in one step, retirement plan data is extracted into a report with every payroll.
And, Payroll Network handles the remission of your employee 401(k) deposits directly to the carrier by either paper check or ACH Credit.
- Paper Check – Each pay period, Payroll Network creates a paper check payable to the carrier and transmits a file (TXT, XML or CSV, for example) to the carrier with distribution instructions.
- ACH Credit initiated by Payroll Network – Each pay period, Payroll Network initiates an ACH Credit for a direct deposit to the carrier and also transmits a file (TXT, XML or CSV, for example) to the carrier with distribution instructions.
- ACH Debit initiated by the Carrier – Alternatively, Payroll Network supports the creation and transmission of the report with distribution instructions to the carrier to trigger the carrier's invoking an ACH Debit of the plan sponsor's account.
Support for Most Investment Providers
Payroll Network's integrated payroll and 401(k) solution ensures timely and accurate retirement deposits. We have established interfaces to support most investment providers. We remit deposits on behalf of clients to a growing list of carriers.
Automatically Prepare Your Annual Employee Census
Payroll Network saves you time by automatically generating your annual Census Report to simplify year end reporting. Furthermore, since payroll and 401(k) are integrated, your administrator can retrieve your employee census data throughout the year without your having to compile the information. That tedious, redundant chore—fraught with opportunities for errors—is eliminated from your to-do list forever.
