Did Any of Your Employees Have an HSA (Health Savings Account) in 2009?

If your company contributed to an employee’s HSA account during 2009, it is to be reported on the W2 in Box 12 – Code W.

We already have the employee’s deduction to their HSA, but we do not have the employer contribution. We need to enter this information into the payroll system for each employee by your final payroll of 2009.
