Plus, we help you process your initial payrolls, so that switching to our system is easy and error-free. In addition to on-site training, you can count on ongoing education and assistance to make sure your needs are met—whether laws change, you have new staff, or you add new services. Our proven activation methodology will ensure your peace of mind. It isn't easy…we just make it look that way!
Here is what you can expect...
6 weeks prior to your first process with Payroll Network…
Your Payroll Network Sales Representative will help you gather all of the payroll-related documentation needed to initiate your move to Payroll Network. Then, your Payroll Network Account Manager (AM) will call to thank you for your business and schedule a convenient time to confirm your payroll and reporting requirements and construct a schedule of activities to accommodate your organization's needs.
2 weeks prior to your first process with Payroll Network…
Your AM will contact you to collect your organization's master file data. Your AM will confirm that all of your Tax ID numbers and rates are correct with the appropriate agencies. In addition, you AM will create any Custom Reports that you require so they may be implemented in a timely fashion. All of your organization's files will be set-up with appropriate earnings, deductions, tax numbers and company banking data along with any employee data received. Finally, your AM will review the set-up of your organization and employee files for accuracy. Your employee Master File, Banking and Year-to-Date and terminated employee files will be entered and processed by your AM in a test run to isolate and fix variances, if any.
Immediately after the final payroll with your current provider…
Your AM will contact you to collect your employee database and YTD & QTD earnings and deductions. Prior to your first process with Payroll Network, your AM conducts a final review of the entire set-up of your organization and employee data. Your AM will contact you to review the information, schedule training and answer any questions you may have.
Training is conducted at your place…and at your pace!
You may choose to input your payroll at Payroll Network's office or your AM will come to your location to assist with input and processing your first payroll. Only when you're completely satisfied and comfortable with your new Payroll Network service is your AM's job done.
